We’re very proud of our Account Handler Adam Milner, who’s been accepted onto the CII New Generation Programme.
The programme is incredibly competitive, with just 40 people chosen to take part (and only 10 of those are brokers)!
Throughout the year-long programme, the group will work together on a project that could make a difference to the insurance industry. They’ll also take part in a number of exciting learning opportunities along the way, including talks from Members of Parliament and training on specific subjects.
Romero wanted to put someone forward for the programme. The team here chose Adam – and we’re very glad we did.
Adam says: “I wanted to apply because it looked like a great opportunity to get involved in a well-established CII programme and make contacts in the industry across different sectors at a young age. I’m looking forward to getting started and meeting my team in October. This programme can only help me going forward in my career and I’m hoping I will learn and experience things that I can apply to my role back at Romero.”
