The Romero Group is comprised of a number of brands. The separate brands help us focus our attention over multiple insurance types and services. It allows the Romero group to specialise in commercial, construction, nightlife, club and event insurance solutions as well as incorporating private clients and sports and leisure. Each brand utilises our excellent inhouse claims team and has access to our company benefits scheme.
Our senior team are at the heart of driving our business forward. We’re part of a global family with an independent ethos. Our leaders are passionate about making sure everyone is welcome, happy and health at The Romero Group.
Justin started the Romero Group back in 1997, and in our 27 year history, he has remained passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. He is still the driving force behind our business, and works hard to ensure that we have the best team around us.
Simon is our managing director, and oversees the general performance of the group. It’s his job to make sure that every member of our team meets the incredibly high standards we set ourselves.
Victoria is one of the founders of NDML and has been with the company since its formation in 1998. Passionate about wellbeing, she oversees our HR department and ensures we have revolutionary staff support facilities covering all aspects of our team’s health & wellbeing.
