Our in-house academy ensures that our team always have the support they need to learn and grown. From structured training and lectures, to supported CPD. Our academy faculty exist to support the individuals throughout our business, offering them core training, alongside keeping them abreast of the latest industry developments ensuring we’re always knowledgeable about any topics that might impact our clients.
As a Chartered, Independent insurance broker, it’s important that our team share our same passion for excellence. That’s why we support any team members who wish to train with the Chartered Insurance Institute to do so. We will fund all membership fees, study materials and exam fees throughout the time a team member works with us, to help them be the very best in our profession. So much so that as of Autumn 2022, 35% of our team were ACII qualified with many more well on the path to be qualified.
We understand that personal development and professional studies are time consuming. We also understand that after a week at work, our team need their personal time to relax and unwind. That’s why we allow dedicated time within work hours for our team to undertake professional study such as that for the CII, to ensure they’re supported to achieve their best, without it ruining their work/life balance.
