To ensure our team can always access medical advice when they need it, we have launched Doctorline. This 24/7 helpline ensures that our team can access a telephone appointment with a GP at any time, usually within 2 hours. This helps ensure our team can get any health concerns addressed quickly to help put their mind at ease, particularly when facing difficulties gaining an appointment with a normal GP practice.

Our wellbeing seminars are hosted by our partners at We Are Wellbeing, and cover core topics to help enhance our team’s wellbeing. These cover a wide range of topics, including things like sleep health, nutrition, menopause, stress & anxiety management and much more!

Our cycle to work scheme gives our team access to purchase a bicycle and associated equipment via a salary deduction, helping them save on tax outgoings, improve their fitness and contribute towards minimising car emisisons.

We have trained wellbeing champions who are present in every department and are a conduit between the business and our teams. Helping monitor our teams wellbeing on the ground, offering support where it’s needed, and feeding back to the business what we can do to continually improve our wellbeing offering.

To help bust fatigue, increase heart rate and improve overall fitness, we have weekly lunchtime bootcamp sessions subsidised by the business. These give people up to an hour of vigorous exercise to help people achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be.

Our weekly Pilates sessions help our team to focus on their physical wellness, core strength, flexibility and breathing. These sessions are subsidised by the business, and allow our team to take 45 minutes one lunchtime a week to practice Pilates which has a host of physical and mental benefits.
