There’s always two types of people. Those who get to the end of the year and realise they’ve got loads of holiday days leftover. Or those that could do with that extra day here and there to fit in that special trip or event. Well, we’ve got something for both of them! Each year, we give our team the opportunity to buy or sell holiday days, giving them the chance to get more time off, or a boost to their salary, depending on what they’ve got coming up the following year.
We believe it’s important to give back. That’s why on top of our team’s annual leave allowance, we also give every team member a volunteer day each year. This allows our team to spend a day volunteering with a local cause that’s close to their heart, letting them give back to their community.
A growing family is one of the most important things for many people. That’s why we have enhanced parental leave to help ease the stress of a growing family, and ensure new parents have the time they need to spend with their additions!
Our team is flexible, and we focus on results. And we understand that that doesn’t necessarily mean always being in the office. Whilst we firmly believe that working together in person is important for team morale, wellbeing and productivity, we also understand that sometimes you need a work from home day. Whether it’s for a delivery, to wait in for the electrician to call round, or something else, all our team members have the scope to have work from home days when they need them.
