About the role

Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will provide effective administrative assistance & back up support to the Accounts Team.

 The position provides exposure to a broad range of Accounting administrative activities.  The primary objective will be to provide support to the Accounts team to enable the company to achieve its goals and ensure cashflow targets are met.

Working closely with your account’s colleagues and the existing business team you will have a varied range of duties including:

  • Cashiering 
  • Credit control
  • Aged debtors
  • Refunding return premiums to our clients
  • Resolving client & insurer queries with input from the brokers/execs.
  • Reconciling & paying Insurers 
  • Setting up finance
  • Finance arrears
  • Handling and responding to requests quickly, efficiently, and accurately
