What you’ll be doing

Working towards your Customer Service Practitioner level 2 qualification via Leeds City College Apprenticeships you will be undertaking the following types of activities;

  • Answering calls and dealing with queries
  • Assisting with efficient day to day management of the offices and facilities
  • Data Input
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • General Administration duties as required
  • Updating and maintaining company database
  • Printing and scanning documents when required
  • Posting job adverts on our website & external job boards

Operating Microsoft Office including extensive use of Excel Spreadsheets, Word and Outlook

In addition you will attend a day at Leeds City College for up to one day each week in order to further develop your skills through a series of classroom and coursework related activities.

The role is suitable to candidates with the following skills,
