We spend a lot of time with the people we work with, so it’s important we all get on well as a team! Our bi-annual bashes are a great opportunity to do just that. Every summer we’ll host a social event for the entire business with food & drink on us! What’s more, if you live more than 22 miles away from the venue, we’ll even put you up in a hotel! Some previous events include nights at Chow Down and BBQ bashes at The Faversham in Leeds to name just a few!

Like our summer party, our Christmas dos are a chance for everyone to feel festive, and celebrate all the achievements we’ve smashed through the year! Also like the summer party, if you live more than 22 miles away, we’ll sort out your accommodation. Previous events have been held at Aspire Leeds, and Emerald Headingley Stadium!

As well as our company wide bi-annual events, our social squad organise ad hoc events throughout the year, to bring smaller groups together to enjoy time with colleagues. From curry nights, to Bongo’s Bingo, to axe throwing. The possibilities for what you could get up to are endless! We also have monthly events held at our Leeds office to help brighten up the last Friday before payday. From Halloween parties to Easter Egg hunts, movie nights or cocktail making evenings. There’s something for everyone to enjoy!

As well as supporting our teams to get together from different departments and learn from each other. We also ensure our teams have the opportunity to socialise together. Building bonds between teammates, in turn helping them work better together, and enjoy their time at work.
